Troop 75 is large enough for a great scouting experience, yet not so large that you get lost in the crowd! In our "right size" troop, most of our Scouts grow into the highly coveted leadership positions of Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leader, typically only available to a few popular boys in a large troop.

With a smaller troop, and high parent participation, over 80% of our Scouts become Eagle Scouts, and most also are elected to the Order of the Arrow Honor Society.

With a "right size" troop, everyone knows each other well, which improves communication and cooperation between the younger and older scouts, giving both older and younger scouts more opportunities to teach and to learn.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Scout Oath

On my honor, I will do my best

To do my duty to God and my country

and to obey the Scout Law;

To help other people at all times;

To keep myself physically strong,

mentally awake, and morally straight.

Scout Law

A Scout is:

Trustworthy

Loyal

Helpful

Friendly

Courteous

Kind

Obedient

Cheerful

Thrifty

Brave

Clean

Reverent
